Owl's Brew does not sell, offer to sell or solicit sales of alcohol through theowlsbrew.com or shopboozytea.com. Owl's Brew markets Boozy Tea products on its website. Owl's Brew's service enables you to search online for products available for sale by a licensed alcohol retailer. Through this website, you learn about the products, including its price. The offer to purchase the Boozy Tea ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the products, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased Boozy Tea. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of Boozy Tea to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
What states can order?
Orders can be sent to the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, RI, SC, WY. If you order a state that is not listed, unfortunately your order will not be fulfilled.
What are the shipping rates?
For orders under $60, there is a flat rate shipping of $10.00. For orders above $60, there is a flat rate shipping of $15.00.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Yes! You must be present to sign for it with a valid ID showing you are 21+. Unfortunately, this one cannot be left on your doorstep.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship out the day after they are placed. For most US states, orders will arrive in 2-5 business days from when they are shipped. Please note that due to ongoing COVID-19 disruptions, some orders may take longer to arrive. Thank you for your patience during this time.

What is your return/refund policy?
For Boozy Tea to be compliant with liquor laws, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed liquor retailer. This means the retailer decides whether to accept a return / issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product. We are happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you may have. Please contact us with any questions at
